RESERVATION DEPOSIT - Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the rental deposit fees of 50% of the total rental. Full payment is due within 30 days of rental.
CANCELLATION POLICY- Cancellations must be made in writing (or email) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The guest will forfeit the deposit upon cancellation if we are not able to re-rent the property for the canceled period. If the unit is re-rented, the money paid will be returned within thirty days of the replacement booking date, less a 15% booking charge. SUBLEASING is not permitted and any modifications to arrangements must be approved in advance.
